We have strong technical strength ,advanced production equipment ,now own with 200 sets of 190cm AIR-JET LOOMS ,418 SETS OF 340CM air-jet looms include 50 set of jacquard looms ,and matched with 14 sets of high speed warp machine, sizing machines, drawing -in machine etc ,with the above installations , factory can produce high-grade apparel fabric in width of 190cm (grey width) and home-textile fabric in 340cm (grey width ), include 100%cotton, fiber blended and mixed in jacquard and dobby construction, monthly output can reach 50000000 meters.
We initially started with wide range of articles in 100% cotton and blended (poly / cotton) grey, bleached, dyed and printed fabrics. Gradually the value added products like bed sets, flat / fitted / valance sheets, pillow cases, table cloth and kitchen towels were included.
